🔄 Returns

You have the right to return items within 15 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

📦 Items that cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, contact us at razgar483@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

🔁 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and automatically applied to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping

❌ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or card account

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
